Straight From Texas Bar-B-Que is family owned and operated since July 2014. Being from Texas I always enjoyed great bar-b-que but haven't always been able to find it. My wife and I decided to go into business and bring Texas style bar-b-que to central Ky in an authentic way. Our whole family is involved in running this business.e Even the kids pitch in.
